Anforderungen
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or master craftsman qualification in warehouse logistics or equivalent
- Several years relevant professional experience, ideally in fast-growing logistics/warehousing, preferably with automated systems
- Proven team leadership and people management experience
- Strong organisational skills and independent, structured, solution-oriented working style
- Keen interest in logistics processes, warehouse automation, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
- Fluency in German or English; knowledge of Polish is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead Control Room Managers, Incident Managers, and Flow Controllers
- Provide technical and operational direction
- Ensure effective coordination and consistent standards
- Take ownership of escalated system incidents
- Drive timely resolution of critical operational issues
- Keep stakeholders clearly informed
- Coordinate incident response
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented and completed
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure agreed service levels are consistently achieved
- Partner with Operations, WMS Development, customers, and stakeholders
- Optimize warehouse automation processes and system performance
- Build and manage relationships with customers and third-party service providers
- Support effective collaboration and reliable service delivery
- Oversee third-party service performance and SLA compliance
- Oversee associated budgets
- Ensure contractual and operational requirements are met
- Keep Operations, IT, WMS Development, and external service providers aligned
- Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively
