- Develop real-time software and hardware-related solutions
- Program in PLC and embedded environments

- Establish and enforce software processes and architecture standards
- Establish and enforce coding guidelines and practices for real-time systems
- Work closely with project teams, software architects, and systems engineers
- Work closely with the Platforms Standards organization
- Coordinate worldwide software commissioning and deployment activities
- Serve as the interface between Software Engineering and Hardware Engineering
