Anforderungen
- Fluent German speaking and writing skills
- PhD in Life Sciences or related specialty
- Masters’ Degree in biology or related specialty
- Minimum 2+ years multi-parameter flow cytometry experience
- Experience with cellular assays (in-vitro, or, primary cell)
- Molecular biology wet lab experience (Western, PCR, ELISA, ELISpot)
- Previous field-based job experience
- Previous industry work experience
- Research experience in Cell Biology, Immunology, or Cancer Biology
Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary customer contact for technology, products, and services
- Represent the company locally for technical and pre-sales support
- Facilitate scientific collaboration with customers
- Build customer relationships through in-person or virtual consultations
- Provide education on relevant new technologies
- Assist with technical support for customers
- Conduct field marketing initiatives through seminars and presentations
- Interface between customers and BioLegend to enable researcher success
- Develop relationships with key customers at assigned focus accounts
- Conduct and present technical seminars to labs, user groups, and local meetings
- Coordinate and perform product demonstrations, trainings, and technical support
- Provide direct sales support to customers in collaboration with Global Sales Operations
- Contribute to local business development related to product development, licensing, and service/collaborative agreements
- Represent BioLegend at user group meetings, scientific conferences, and local shows
- Maintain a contact database in the customer retention management system (Salesforce)
- Manage expenses through monthly reports
- Prepare quarterly reports on territory performance and notable business developments
- Report on competitor activities and business opportunities
- Communicate needs for self-development and develop long-term professional goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
