Anforderungen
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering or comparable discipline, or equivalent expertise via technical vocational training and professional experience
- Experience in technical operation, maintenance, service, or performance management of onshore wind farms and turbines
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, operational processes, maintenance requirements, and performance drivers
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking; enjoyment of analysing technical challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing practical solutions
- Independent working style; structured manner, task ownership, proactive topic driving
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; SCADA systems and data analytics tools experience is advantageous
- Confident communication in German and English; comfort in international environment; willingness to travel; additional French skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Monitor technical performance of wind farms
- Evaluate asset performance data
- Initiate measures to improve availability and energy yield
- Analyze operational data, alarms, fault messages, and event reports using SCADA systems and other monitoring tools
- Coordinate external operators, service providers, and turbine manufacturers
- Support technical troubleshooting and root-cause analyses
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate site inspections
- Support commissioning and acceptance processes
- Ensure timely resolution of technical deficiencies
- Manage technical incidents
- Support warranty and insurance claims
- Coordinate technical dispute resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare technical reports, operational reviews, and performance analyses
- Maintain accurate asset records and documentation
- Support operational excellence initiatives
- Ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements
- Contribute to improving asset reliability and processes
