Aufgaben
- Oversee development and delivery of ASIC programs combining electronics and photonics
- Manage the complete silicon and chiplet program cycle from concept to release
- Combine hands-on program management with technical fluency to identify risks
- Lead and support cross-functional engineering teams
- Partner with product management on scope and priorities
- Coordinate external third-party IP and qualification providers
- Ensure programs meet time, technical, cost, and quality targets
- Drive program schedules and resolve technical issues
- Lead the Program Core Team to align decisions and manage dependencies
- Collaborate with teams to set milestones and create integration plans
- Address potential risks with mitigation strategies
- Develop schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks
- Maintain execution throughout program duration
- Coordinate conception, development, and delivery of integrated circuit programs
- Manage multi-die/chiplet integration and known-good-die qualification
- Own relationships with external IP and qualification providers
- Track external deliverables against program milestones
- Run regular review cadences with external providers
- Escalate risks before they impact the critical path
- Translate product requirements into technical program plans
- Maintain alignment on scope or schedule trade-offs
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and leadership
- Manage chip delivery for development builds
- Ensure qualification meets mass production schedules
- Serve as primary point of accountability for program execution
- Ensure program documents are complete, up-to-date, and accessible
- Manage external suppliers, including resource allocation
- Establish review processes with external suppliers
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations
