Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years experience in maintenance, operational strategy, continuous improvement, or process engineering
- Min. 2+ years direct managerial/people management experience
- Interest in or exposure to automation, robotics, and facility maintenance systems
- Proven track record applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen frameworks in high-volume, automated environments

Aufgaben
- Lead the daily Maintenance value stream
- Coach Maintenance Engineers and Supervisors
- Ensure equipment availability targets are met
- Define and execute the long-term performance roadmap, strategy, and KPIs
- Lead site-wide Kaizen initiatives, Lean methodologies, and root-cause analyses
- Analyze operational and maintenance workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, boost reliability, and improve availability
- Act as a strategic bridge between maintenance, suppliers, planning, analysts, and operations
- Oversee site-wide adherence to safety standards, 5S principles, and operational best practices
