- Drive design, configuration, and optimization of software solutions
- Identify operational needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Shape recommendations for automated and non-automated process changes
- Support definition of acceptance criteria and validation approaches
- Lead scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for initiatives
- Contribute to complex transformation efforts
- Apply standards to capture, structure, and document detailed requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to test assumptions and strengthen clarity
- Prioritize requirements and maintain traceability to source and business value
- Review requirements to identify gaps and inconsistencies
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining a requirements baseline
- Evaluate and manage changes to baselined requirements
- Support configuration of software and equipment
- Test platform-specific software versions
- Document defects, implement fixes, and retest solutions
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
- Use application management tools to monitor performance
- Gather meaningful operational insights
- Execute application maintenance activities
- Prototype and evaluate AI-enabled solutions
- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms
- Contribute insights in discovery, assessment, and solution design workshops
- Translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Support creation of development roadmaps and business cases
