Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Initial experience in M&A, business development, or project finance in renewable industry
- Fluent English
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in financial modelling tools
- Willingness to travel within Europe
Aufgaben
- Manage buy-side transactions from initial contact to post-merger process
- Develop investment rationale and tailored investment proposals
- Drive and optimize investment models
- Manage key due diligence workstreams with internal and external resources
- Drive and monitor transaction timelines and milestones
- Prepare smooth post-merger processes to accelerate acquisition potential
- Screen and monitor emerging markets and regulatory frameworks
- Redefine investment scorecards in existing regions for European growth
- Identify, negotiate, or improve partnership and JV structures for win-win outcomes
- Support other VORN teams in business development, project finance, or investment papers
- Establish and grow a reliable network within the biomethane opportunity
