Aufgaben
- Lead and govern a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Manage harmonization of business requirements for industrial and medical products
- Oversee transition including legal carve-out and new legal entity foundation
- Manage transfer into an enhanced IT landscape (SAP S/4, Teamcenter X, Salesforce)
- Ensure end-to-end program delivery
- Provide management updates
- Align and implement business processes
- Drive process transformation
- Oversee technology implementation
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Manage business process redesign
- Manage IT transformation
- Manage carve-out activities
- Manage the establishment of dedicated legal entities
- Align business process strategy, operational transformation, and technology implementation
- Ensure measurable and sustainable business outcomes
- Establish and lead a robust governance framework
- Lead steering committees and decision forums
- Manage comprehensive risk and financial structures
- Lead complex, multi-year, multi-vendor program environments
- Ensure seamless alignment across business, operations, and IT
