Anforderungen
- Substantial transport planning experience
- Logistics industry experience, including white glove services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Full understanding of EU Working Time Directive, Digital Tachograph regulations, and other relevant regulations
- Working knowledge of a European language
- MS SharePoint experience in a corporate environment
Aufgaben
- Plan, book, monitor, and report on transport routes across Europe, UK, and Ireland
- Manage designated accounts with primary responsibility
- Plan shipments and routes to ensure effective resource use and meet client SLAs
- Ensure compliance with EU working time directive and road safety regulations
- Actively monitor all shipments in-transit and provide updates to colleagues and customers
- Update all milestones as per SLA
- Liaise with sub-contractors, overseas offices, and staff to meet schedules and SLAs
- Liaise with clients, ATC operations, and field teams to maintain service levels
- Work closely with clients' supply chain functions to meet schedules and report accurately
- Respond seamlessly to changing customer demands
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
- Actively manage proofs of delivery/activity
- Plan vehicle and trailer maintenance schedules
- Plan workloads and reloading for drivers and vehicles to minimize empty running
- Work as part of a planning team with cross-training for colleagues
- Liaise with the accounts team to ensure accurate billing
- Update all trackers (FB & L15) accurately and timely
- Acknowledge all customer emails and requests in a timely manner
- Implement all booking emails in accordance with Customer Communications SOP
- Follow and complete all steps in checklists
- Close out all jobs on the internal system (Stratum)
- Perform other duties as assigned in line with skills and competencies
