- Deep practical knowledge of cash management, international payments, and financial risk hedging
- Proficiency in leading Treasury Management Systems (e.g. Kyriba, FIS, Bellin/Coupa, SAP TRM)
- Comfortable navigating ERP systems such as SAP
- Contribution to significant capital or financing events
- Ownership of capital/financing workstreams end-to-end
- Strong analytical approach and attention to detail
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German
- Experience implementing new Treasury Management System
- Familiarity with capital market transaction structuring
- Hands-on experience in M&A treasury integration
- Professional treasury or finance qualifications (CTP or CFA)
- Experience in defence, deep tech, or high-growth technology
Aufgaben
- Own short-, medium-, and long-term liquidity planning
- Continuously refine liquidity forecasts
- Play an active role in M&A financing activity
- Develop and structure financing models for acquisitions
- Manage post-merger treasury integration
- Manage daily cash flows
- Administer the global bank account portfolio
- Oversee cash pooling arrangements across jurisdictions
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks
- Mitigate currency and interest rate exposures using hedging instruments
- Build and develop relationships with banking partners
- Negotiate terms, facilities, and conditions with banks
- Support structuring and procurement of external financing instruments
- Manage intercompany financing arrangements
- Own the treasury system landscape, including the TMS
- Drive automation of reporting and payment processes
- Produce high-quality treasury reports
- Produce liquidity analyses
- Produce dashboards for management and stakeholders
