Anforderungen
- 5+ years Trade Finance & Structuring experience or comparable
- Strong understanding of trading lifecycles, credit agreements, bank relationships, commodity exchanges, collateral management, liquidity drivers, and working capital structures
- Practical knowledge of trade finance operations (L/Cs, payment methods) and international trade practices
- Familiarity with ETRM, Treasury Management System, ERP systems, strong Excel and data analytics skills; BI tools experience advantageous (Databricks, Power BI)
- Fluent German and advanced English (written and spoken)
- Ownership mindset and proactive improvement drive
- Strategic thinking and commercial impact understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and data-driven approach
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on mentality, ability to work in fast-paced/volatile environments

Aufgaben
- Partner with banks and financial institutions
- Support negotiations on financing terms and credit facilities
- Support the execution of trade finance activities
- Manage letters of credit, bank guarantees, and trade finance instruments
- Support working capital optimization across the business
- Oversee collateral usage across exchanges and agreements
- Support optimization of liquidity and funding costs
- Calculate and monitor trade finance and financing costs
- Communicate estimated and final costs to internal teams
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trading, and operational teams
- Collaborate with Treasury Risk & Operations and Corporate Finance & Creditor Relations
- Collaborate with Risk, Accounting, and IT teams
- Support commercial decision-making with a focus on cash flow and working capital efficiency
