Anforderungen
- Business administration degree (Bachelor) or commercial vocational training (bank/industrial clerk) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in banking or treasury, knowledge of payment transactions, bookkeeping, currency management, accounting, or cash management systems
- Sound knowledge in accounting/bookkeeping
- Working with IT solutions and their development, confident appearance, and communication skills
- Specialist IT skills, especially SAP 4/Hana, MS Excel, TIS or others
- Very good German and English skills, structured and independent work style
Aufgaben
- Manage central cash management
- Monitor group-wide cash pooling
- Support internal financing of group companies
- Make SAP accounting entries for hedging and cash management
- Prepare intragroup reconciliations
- Prepare manual bookkeeping entries in SAP
- Process bank statements in SAP
- Prepare management-relevant liquidity reporting
- Prepare treasury banking payments in TIS
- Manage disposition of bank accounts
- Perform federal bank reporting
- Assist with annual and quarterly IFRS financial statements
- Connect with other treasury functions
- Become familiar with foreign currency hedging for project business
- Become familiar with currency management
- Participate in department modernization projects
- Perform a wide range of tasks in global treasury
