- Minimum 15 years experience in process plant or comparable environment
- At least 10 years turnaround/project experience and 5 years management experience

- Coordinate planning and scheduling until T-6.
- Lead organization to achieve GoalZERO HSE.
- Lead development and implementation of strategies.
- Lead constructability reviews and schedule optimization.
- Develop staffing plans for pre-turnaround and execution.
- Lead training and onboarding for execution team.
- Oversee maintenance field activities for turnaround and projects.
- Communicate across all levels to build support and remove obstacles.
