Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Diploma, or similar
- Experience or understanding of project management in an industrial environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of KPI dashboards and tools like PowerBI
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and IS\&T tools
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Basic knowledge of German and willingness to improve
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Aufgaben
- Support the Project Management team with reporting and KPI maintenance
- Contribute to key milestones achievements for the project
- Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and ensure consistency
- Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards, including PowerBI tools
- Track risks, savings, and opportunities with the project team
- Lead APSYS/Project Continuous Improvement Plans
- Develop and implement a REX process
- Support site initiatives and internal/external audits
- Support updates of the Project Management Plan and other key project plans
- Drive the Development for Quality (DfQ) process
- Ensure timely closure of KO/NKO items
- Leverage company AI tools to enhance project team performance
- Support critical tasks for key project milestones as needed
- Work closely with project management, engineering, and site management teams
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery of project reports and KPIs
