- Define and implement the project procurement strategy respecting QCD commitments for retrofit
- Define the project procurement strategy
- Ensure the project procurement strategy is shared, understood, and applied by procurement teams
- Drive cost reduction initiatives for your project
- Manage buyers working on the project for proper contribution to project QCD
- Maintain a general vision of project and supplier progress, stakes, and difficulties
- Define and agree on corrective measures with Procurement
- Ensure QCD performance of procurement and material work packages are properly reported considering project lifetime
- Manage supplier claims in case of non-conformity to project requirements
