- Control and organize warehouse processes considering available resources
- Support optimization of warehouse capacity and inventory
- Guide the team in daily operations, including checking incoming goods
- Record incoming goods in the SAP system
- Prepare inventory lists
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Actively contribute to smooth warehouse operations
- Foster employee development through clear communication and practical training
- Maintain a respectful working environment for employees
- Organize and manage shipping activities, including national and international coordination
- Manage stakeholder relationships and cooperate with freight companies
