Aufgaben
- Build, operate, and scale our eFulfillment centre
- Lead a team of associates to deliver at the highest standard
- Design and enforce process frameworks to optimise safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with the Senior PM and operations analysts to set ambitious KPIs
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and positivity
- Oversee automation equipment inspections and general facility maintenance
- Manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, throughput, site security, and facility cleanliness
