Technician qualification or degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable
Several years of experience in production planning and work preparation/manufacturing engineering
Good knowledge of optical metrology and manufacturing technologies

Experience in manufacturing cost calculation and product costing
Proven project experience

Map and maintain production processes in SAP R/3 (MM, PP, QM, CO)
Create and maintain material masters in SAP R/3
Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) in SAP R/3
Create and maintain routings in SAP R/3
Create and maintain work centers in SAP R/3
Create and maintain inspection plans in SAP R/3
Create and maintain master inspection characteristics in SAP R/3
Create and maintain quality control charts in SAP R/3
Create and maintain manufacturing cost calculations in SAP R/3
Plan and cost assembly processes for prototype builds
Monitor product launches and production ramp-ups
Monitor engineering change requests
Provide process engineering support for customer inquiries
Prepare quotations for customer inquiries
Support calibration of inspection equipment
Support monitoring of inspection equipment
Support calibration of measuring equipment
Support monitoring of measuring equipment
Analyze manufacturing cost variances
Correct manufacturing cost variances
