Anforderungen
- Student or recent graduate in business, marketing, e-commerce, digital innovation, or related field
- Strong affinity for e-commerce, analytical thinking with creativity
- Ability to pick up complex tasks quickly and confidently
- Proactive, independent work ethic, comfortable taking ownership
- Enjoyment of teamwork, clear and confident presentation of ideas
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong written and spoken German (nice to have)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Maintain and improve Shopify store content, product presentation, and merchandising
- Monitor the end-to-end shopping journey
- Flag friction points in the customer shopping journey
- Help resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with Onsite Marketing and Creative teams
- Align product presentation with campaigns and brand standards
- Plan and execute onsite marketing measures and campaigns
- Use reports and analytics to identify opportunities
- Translate data insights into customer-oriented actions
- Support the feature pipeline by gathering requirements
- Write user stories for new features
- Help ensure release quality for new features
- Measure outcomes of feature changes
- Serve as a contact for shop-related bugs
- Serve as a contact for urgent shop issues
