Anforderungen
- Enrollment in degree program (Media and Education Management, Media Didactics, Media Education, Educational Sciences, Organizational Education, Instructional Design, Communication Design, or comparable)
- Basic theoretical knowledge and practical experience in eLearning, instructional design, or digital media production
- Basic experience with authoring and graphics tools (Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, or common video editing tools)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; clear communication of complex content
- Structured, independent work style and service-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for developing learning cultures and digital learning processes
- Basic knowledge of digital accessibility or corporate design (plus)
- Currently in at least second semester of degree program; interested in long-term position
Aufgaben
- Support designing and developing eLearning modules
- Collaborate on media-didactic content development
- Create storyboards and prototypes
- Assist with producing digital learning media
- Create interactive elements for learning media
- Produce and edit short videos and graphics
- Support maintenance and administration of LXP and LMS
- Upload courses and maintain content in LXP/LMS
- Collaborate on evaluating learning offerings
- Collect feedback on learning offerings
- Perform quality assurance of learning offerings
- Research innovative AI and automation tools
- Test innovative AI and automation tools
