- Create and improve user guides, training materials, documentation, and support content for Compass
- Deliver content editor training and enable users via best practices, guidance, and community management
- Support product communication via newsletters, presentations, success stories, and engagement activities
- Coordinate content creation and communication with stakeholders across business areas
- Own and drive smaller initiatives and projects from concept to delivery
- Contribute ideas to improve user engagement, adoption, and user experience of Compass
