Anforderungen
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or comparable discipline
- Strong interest in enterprise IT support and workplace technologies
- Basic understanding of Windows devices and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms
- Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or technical troubleshooting
Aufgaben
- Provide first-level IT support for employees
- Assist with hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Support employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Prepare devices and track assets for onboarding/off-boarding
- Set up workplaces for new employees
- Manage and maintain user hardware
- Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) activities
- Assist with device enrolment and compliance
- Perform basic Intune administration
- Prepare and support meeting rooms and conference technology
- Support company meetings and events
- Assist with door access management
- Manage ID cards and permissions
- Perform general IT operational tasks
