Anforderungen
- Enrolled student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field at German university/university of applied sciences
- First practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or apprenticeship
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Proactive and reliable way of working
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Additional language skills such as German or Spanish are a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic SAP skills (MM, SD) are advantageous
Aufgaben
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain logistics data using Excel and SAP
- Coordinate with European Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs)
- Monitor operational performance and resolve open topics with 3PLs
- Support export operations in order entry
- Align with the planning department for on-time shipping
- Create and analyze open order reports for export markets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners
- Act as an interface between warehouses, logistics partners, and customers
- Ensure effective communication and issue resolution
