- Support the team in developing LLMs into multimodal models
- Research, create, and prepare high-quality multimodal datasets
- Support the creation and management of data pipelines in the cloud
- Support the creation and management of training pipelines in the cloud
- Support the creation and management of evaluation pipelines in the cloud
- Fine-tune existing base models on multimodal and capability-specific data
- Work with modern approaches like RAG, tool calling, and agent behavior
- Support the use and further development of RAG, tool calling, and agent behavior
- Collaborate with experienced developers in an agile product development team
- Actively contribute your ideas to the team
