Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's program enrollment in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Support daily sales and operational activities for the Mid-Market Sales team
- Identify and qualify hot, warm, and cold sales leads
- Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn, 6sense, XING, and online resources
- Identify key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer data
- Create and maintain target account and prospect lists for Sales Representatives
- Process customer inquiries
- Assist with preparing sales quotations
- Follow up on inbound leads and opportunities
- Meet internal service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with channel partners to support customer growth
- Coordinate customer meetings and appointments for Account Executives
- Schedule Sales Engineer health checks and customer engagements
- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce CRM
- Support data management activities within Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams
- Participate in onboarding, training, and development programs
