Anforderungen
- Enrolled Master’s student in procurement, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain management, or related field
- Availability for 6 to 12 months and enrollment for at least 12 more months
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management (advantageous)
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good working knowledge of SAP and MS SharePoint
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good written and spoken German (optional)
- Organization, reliability, proactivity, eagerness to learn, and teamwork skills
Aufgaben
- Support supplier and material master data maintenance in Ivalua and SAP MM
- Assist with purchase order follow-ups, commercial reporting, and archive management
- Support sourcing activities, including RFQs, offer comparisons, and supplier communication
- Contribute to contract management, including upload, storage, and signature processes in Ivalua
- Help prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and KPI overviews
- Support compliance, sustainability topics, and supplier qualification
- Contribute to digitizing and improving procurement processes
