Anforderungen

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, Windows client management, device compliance, and software deployment
  • Solid understanding of workplace governance, service management, and operational best practices
  • Experience managing external managed service providers and driving service performance improvements
  • Strong knowledge of SLA, KPI, and governance frameworks, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, structured, and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives such as IT carve-outs, international rollouts, outsourcing, service integration, or organizational change programs; Microsoft certifications are an advantage

  • Own the complete service lifecycle of workplace and endpoint services
  • Build the future workplace platform in a provider-driven environment
  • Define governance models for the workplace platform
  • Collaborate across IT, security, IAM, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Continuously evolve the workplace and endpoint services strategy and roadmap
  • Define the future vision for the digital workplace
  • Align the digital workplace vision with business needs
  • Advise business stakeholders on modern workplace solutions
  • Ensure high service quality and user satisfaction
  • Achieve workplace KPIs and SLAs
  • Establish and govern workplace standards
  • Govern endpoint security, application control, and Intune policies
  • Govern software deployment, client configuration, and printer standards
  • Manage workplace service providers for performance and quality
  • Ensure cost-effective operations of workplace services
  • Drive service reviews and SLA management with providers
  • Champion continuous provider improvement initiatives
  • Improve user experience through feedback analysis
  • Promote standardization and self-service capabilities
  • Support global workplace transformation and technology rollouts
  • Support international workplace standardization
