Anforderungen
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Several years of experience in I2O, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Execution
- Proven experience leading global SAP transformation, rollout, or digitalization programs
- Strong understanding of SAP EWM and logistics execution processes
- SAP TM experience is highly desirable
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with system integrators and international project teams
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages are considered an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead the global I2O workstream through all project phases
- Drive process and solution design aligned with the global template
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners
- Manage workstream risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Ensure end-to-end alignment with P2P, L2C, Finance, Data, and Integration
- Own testing activities, defect management, and business sign-off readiness
- Support training, cutover, and go-live activities
- Design, deploy, and stabilize the I2O scope
- Act as the key interface between Business, IT, Key Users, and partners
- Ensure successful delivery of logistics processes
- Manage Inbound Logistics (Goods Receipt, Putaway, Quality Inspection)
- Manage Warehouse Management / SAP EWM (Inbound, Internal Movements, Outbound)
- Manage Outbound Logistics (Picking, Packing, Shipping, Delivery Execution)
- Manage Transportation Management (TM) integration and execution
- Manage Inventory Management and cross-plant logistics processes
- Manage integration of logistics execution with Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance
- Manage logistics-related master data, including materials, locations, handling units, and logistics parameters
