Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration or commercial education, ideally with certified accountant qualification
- Solid, several years of professional experience in accounting or controlling, ideally including investment valuation and IFRS knowledge
- Extensive experience with accounting systems; SAP FI knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with intercompany accounting and charge allocations is beneficial
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and good English language skills
- Enjoyment of working in international teams and contributing to process, system, and standard development/optimization
- High commitment, strong teamwork skills, and hands-on mentality
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to take ownership and actively drive change and improvements
Aufgaben
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Austrian GAAP
- Contribute to implementing centralized holding accounting functions
- Coordinate and execute intercompany transactions and group cost allocations
- Coordinate and prepare the company’s budget and forecasts
- Support day-to-day accounting activities
- Serve as a point of contact for accounting and financial reporting
- Act as a contact person for group subsidiaries regarding financial statements
- Provide support and expertise on Austrian accounting and tax issues
- Participate in and lead internal transformation and change projects
