- Degree in technical field (engineering, computer science, business informatics) or comparable
- Experience with modern AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks)

Aufgaben
- Develop AI, custom ML, and advanced analytics solutions
- Design, prototype, industrialize, and deploy AI/ML solutions
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into products and platforms
- Serve as the central AI/ML contact across product lines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Promote ML, Computer Vision, LLM, AI agent, and automation use cases
- Foster an AI/ML Community of Practice
- Contribute to the PALFINGER AI/ML architecture
- Align data sources and semantics
- Select best-of-breed technologies
- Support development and implementation of governance frameworks
- Plan, execute, and monitor AI/ML and analytics activities
- Coordinate external partners
- Review project deliverables
- Monitor market developments and technological advancements
- Incorporate relevant innovations into AI/ML solutions and practices
