Anforderungen
- University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
- Fluent English skills
- At least three years of experience in application security, secure software development, DevSecOps, code security, or cybersecurity
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Profound understanding of Secure SDLC, SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, DevSecOps, shift-left practices, modern application security practices, vulnerability management, secure coding, penetration testing concepts, and OWASP frameworks
- Experience coordinating application security services and using security/collaboration platforms
- Strong technical background with ability to discuss security concepts, define scopes, evaluate remediation approaches, and collaborate with engineering teams
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, pragmatic, and passionate about improving secure software development and application security capabilities

- Lead initiatives to strengthen application security capabilities
- Advance secure SDLC, code security, and developer enablement
- Manage governance and security tooling for application security
- Define roadmap priorities with engineering teams and security peers
- Improve processes for scalable security capabilities
- Deliver scalable security capabilities for secure software development
- Drive strategic initiatives from concept through operational adoption
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, technical experts, budgets, and timelines
- Manage governance structures for initiative delivery
- Support operational coordination of recurring application security activities
- Administer recurring application security activities
- Participate in the vulnerability management lifecycle for custom applications
- Support vulnerability triage and remediation prioritization
- Oversee mitigation activities and remediation tracking
- Coordinate security-related operational tasks
- Track KPIs for application security
- Drive continuous service improvement with development teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of security assurance services
- Coordinate internal experts and external partners for security assessments
- Define assessment scopes for security services
- Review findings from security assessments
- Drive remediation activities to strengthen secure software development
- Integrate security into software development processes with partner teams
- Enhance governance, operating models, and security processes
- Align application security services with Global Digital Security strategy
