- Manage and maintain leads, opportunities, and customer data in Salesforce
- Monitor the sales pipeline
- Prepare reports and insights for management and service lines
- Collaborate with Managing Directors on sales initiatives and business development
- Conduct market and company research
- Identify potential clients and key stakeholders
- Build strong contact networks
- Initiate outreach to target clients
- Coordinate meetings for senior management
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings
- Plan, organize, and execute client and C-level events
- Manage guest lists and invitations for events
- Prepare event materials
- Coordinate with external vendors and marketing partners
- Support the creation of marketing and communication assets
- Support the management team with day-to-day operations
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and management materials
- Ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate external service providers
- Act as the central point of contact for IT, procurement, and administrative matters
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new hires
- Guide new hires through company processes and internal workflows
- Provide ongoing support to new hires during their ramp-up phase
