Anforderungen
- Academic background with initial professional experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, consulting, or related field
- Relevant internship, consulting, industry, or procurement experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of procurement principles, sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization
- Commercial awareness and interest in financial impact of procurement improvements
- Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis tools proficiency; spend analytics and eProcurement/P2P systems familiarity advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English language skills (C1); additional European languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Germany, Austria, Europe, and internationally
Aufgaben
- Support assessment of current procurement processes
- Gather information from stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Conduct spend, supplier, and market analyses
- Identify cost reduction, process improvement, and value creation opportunities
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, cost drivers, and risks
- Support development and implementation of procurement improvement initiatives
- Contribute to supplier evaluations, benchmarking, and RFP processes
- Contribute to contract reviews
- Support negotiations preparation through data gathering and market research
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial analyses
- Prepare procurement performance dashboards
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Document key findings and recommendations from meetings
- Support change management and transformation initiatives
- Support operating model improvements
- Support acquisition integration activities
- Support procurement process optimization
- Collaborate with team members across Value Creation and Interpath platform
- Assist with business development activities
- Assist with proposal preparation
- Assist with development of client materials
