- University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in Cost Engineering, Sales Engineering, Business Development, Project Management or related field

- Experience in aviation and/or aerospace industry
- Strong technical understanding with commercial thinking

- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate into commercial solutions
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in aviation and aerospace
- Identify customer needs and translate them into solutions
- Analyze customer operations, workflows, and mission profiles
- Develop quantitative customer value models for propulsion technologies
- Convert technical advantages into measurable economic benefits
- Develop customer-specific business cases and ROI models
- Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments
- Develop cost models and lifecycle economic assessments for aviation, aerospace, and unmanned aircraft
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Senior Management
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
- Monitor market developments, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Support management in strategic business development and growth initiatives
