Aufgaben
- Handle client communications before, during, and after their journey
- Manage changes, special requests, and feedback
- Provide personalized service and ensure clients feel valued and supported
- Maintain real-time awareness of flight status and client preferences
- Log all interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the Coordinator and Ground Ops teams for smooth service delivery
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement and retention
- Respond promptly to client requests and generate tailored quotations
- Liaise with Ground Ops to confirm aircraft and crew feasibility
- Manage all client interactions and booking data in the CRM system
- Support clients throughout the booking process with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care to maintain service consistency and optimize conversion performance
