- Drive service excellence across KIS/HIS, RIS, PACS, and related healthcare IT systems
- Ensure agreed service levels and high customer satisfaction
- Monitor, analyze, and report on service performance and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve system availability, workflows, and user experience
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize clinical IT processes
- Optimize data flows and interoperability across connected healthcare systems
- Coordinate and oversee complex incidents affecting clinical systems
- Drive timely resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions for incidents
- Facilitate transparent communication with customers and stakeholders
- Communicate service performance, operational topics, system enhancements, and improvement initiatives
- Partner with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to support deployments
- Support integrations, interoperability requirements, and operational efficiency
