Anforderungen
- Master degree in life sciences
- Minimum 2 years clinical project management experience
- Competency in managing clinical studies
- Experience in biotech, pharma, cosmetics, or medical device industry
- Broad understanding of pre-clinical and clinical studies
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and ICH-GCP
- Fluent English
- Communication in German is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work 100% on-site in Vienna, Austria
- Valid EU work permit
Aufgaben
- Support project management activities
- Foster excellent communication with clients and partners
- Act as a bridge to customers
- Interact directly with C-level
- Report to the CEO
- Manage projects to maximum success
- Estimate service requirements for customers
- Support planning and onboarding of projects
- Prepare and conduct training calls with users
- Act as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and PMs
- Manage study timelines and collect customer feedback
- Write, organize, and manage project documents
- Report project progress internally to CPM and C-level
- Engage in continuous self-education
- Support business development
- Manage tickets and priorities
