Aufgaben
- Lead and coach the operational team
- Guide, train, and support the operational team
- Keep the team engaged and aligned with goals
- Manage team schedules and projects
- Oversee daily operations across Bar, F&B, Rooms, and events
- Handle reservations, place orders, and check payments
- Provide support where the team needs assistance
- Troubleshoot and mediate challenging situations
- Own safety and security procedures
- Monitor service quality and operational performance
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Help the business achieve its goals
- Oversee M&E operations and special events
