Anforderungen
- University or Higher Technical College in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as Application Engineer or similar technical customer-facing role (Technical Support Engineer, Sales Engineer, Product Manager, Technical Account Manager), preferably in IoT, consumer electronics, or SaaS
- Solid technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Good knowledge of IoT technologies and networking, including wireless communication protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, LoRa)
- Experience with software troubleshooting, basic coding/scripting, log analysis tools (Azure Kusto Query Language, Sumo Logic, Splunk), and Linux environments
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate multiple tasks, and deliver results within timelines
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to process, interpret, and derive insights from complex datasets
- Fluent German and good English
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
Aufgaben
- Support deployment and adoption of new products
- Support deployment and adoption of customer-specific solutions
- Ensure performance and quality of existing installations
- Conduct on-site customer visits
- Perform technical assessments
- Leverage end-to-end expertise across IoT devices, wireless networks, cloud services, and software applications
- Act as a key technical interface between customers and product development
- Assist in transitioning product prototypes into production
- Provide feedback to R&D teams
- Support deployment and installation of new products and solutions
- Work closely with customer project managers
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams during deployment and early adoption phases
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers
- Help customers maximize solution value
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development teams on resolutions
- Conduct on-site visits for installation support
