Anforderungen

4-7 years accounting experience, ideally with audit firm training and tech/SaaS company experience
Qualified or part-qualified (Bilanzbuchhalter, ACCA, CPA or similar)
Owned month-end/year-end close and statutory accounts under Austrian GAAP (UGB)
Confident handling audits and technical accounting questions
English fluency
Revenue recognition for subscription/usage-based pricing
Multi-entity consolidation or IFRS exposure
Experience with post-merger integration or investor due diligence
Familiarity with modern finance tools (e.g. BMD, DATEV, Xero or Stripe)

Aufgaben

Own monthly and year-end close processes
Account for pay-per-minute revenue across nine markets
Set up accounting for new entities and products to scale
Take over accounting from external provider and build internal function
Own day-to-day accounting, including AP/AR, master data, and bookkeeping
Own monthly closing and recurring statutory filings
Work closely with tax advisors on filings
Ensure usage-based revenue is recognized correctly and consistently
Run intercompany accounting, currencies, and consolidation for UK and US entities
Integrate acquisitions
Write accounting policies and controls for investor due diligence
Keep billing, payables, and payroll postings accurate
Improve accounting processes and systems as volume grows
