Aufgaben
- Develop BI planning solutions in collaboration with IT
- Manage complex cross-functional projects
- Translate business requirements into functional concepts
- Drive business process improvements
- Support the transition to a new planning solution
- Develop finance planning system concepts and processes
- Collect, analyze, and challenge business requirements
- Act as a translator between business and IT
- Define detailed requirements into system-based concepts
- Define scope and document requirements
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
- Act as a business project manager
- Deliver own projects or participate in complex projects
- Define project management approaches and methodologies
- Define project plans and work packages with IT
- Set up realistic timelines considering resources and constraints
- Track progress and milestones
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Follow up on milestone achievement
- Document milestones in project management tools
- Set priorities and communicate proactively
- Identify bottlenecks and find alternatives
- Shape new finance and sales planning processes and technical setup
- Contribute to the technological upgrade of planning processes and systems
- Define requirements and design processes and data flows
- Define testing concepts and execute solution testing
- Orchestrate user acceptance testing
- Deliver detailed internal technical and process documentation
- Prepare cut-over plans for go-live
- Provide detailed training
- Conduct final handover to stakeholders
- Act as a second-level support
