Anforderungen
- Adherence to GMP safety standards
- Advanced Degree with no prior experience or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing or lab
- Preferred study fields: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related scientific field
- Expertise in GMP manufacturing processes and documentation
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and clean room operations
- Proficiency with analytical instruments and methods (HPLC, PCR, cell culture)
- Experience with process validation and technology transfer
- Excellent documentation and data analysis capabilities
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lab information systems
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 45 lbs with assistance
- Flexibility for varying schedules including weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to train and support team members
