Aufgaben
- Lead monthly and year-end financial close activities
- Prepare complex journal entries
- Support accounting analyses
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and credit notes
- Enter supplier invoices correctly into the ERP system
- Issue supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Manage vendor communications regarding outstanding invoices
- Maintain ownership of cost accruals for monthly P&L reviews
- Review and approve supplier payments, bank transfers, and payment batches
- Reconcile employee expense reports, corporate credit cards, invoices, and intercompany transactions
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Ensure financial processes comply with company policies and best practices
- Prepare and validate monthly financial KPIs and management reports
- Prepare monthly VAT returns in compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Support external audits and statutory compliance activities
- Coordinate with external tax advisors by providing financial information and responding to queries
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and management reporting
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Identify key variances and trends in financial performance
- Prepare monthly customer churn analysis
- Support reporting initiatives
