- Lead international customer projects from concept to production
- Manage complex project portfolios with multiple products and sites
- Define customer requirements, product specifications, and project scope
- Align project deliverables with customer needs
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Drive tooling, sampling, qualification, and validation activities
- Manage technical, operational, quality, and project risks
- Own project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Manage stakeholder communication
- Support industrialization and manufacturing transfers internationally
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 15378, and internal standards
- Secure project approval, production release, and closure
