Anforderungen
- At least 5 years relevant experience in compliance, risk management or governance
- Experience preferably in industrial or regulated environment
- Degree in law, business administration, engineering or comparable field
- Proven experience developing governance structures, policies and control systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to build structures and processes from ground up
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to collaborate effectively across functions and hierarchy levels
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on experience setting up or scaling GRC, compliance or risk function
- Ideally within a fast-growing organization
- Experience working in international group structures
Aufgaben
- Establish and shape the Governance, Risk and Compliance function
- Embed effective GRC standards into the organization
- Shape and develop the group’s governance structure
- Design a comprehensive policy framework
- Establish and improve a compliance management system
- Conduct regular controls and monitoring activities
- Monitor, assess and develop the internal control system
- Build and operate a risk management framework
- Conduct regular risk inventory
- Report risks to the Executive Board
- Drive and improve the ESG policy
- Improve related corporate processes
- Embed governance and compliance requirements into business processes
- Prepare the group for increasing GRC requirements
