Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 10+ years) in Controlling or Finance, preferably within international and production-oriented business environment
- Strong expertise in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and business performance management
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI and reporting tools, and SAP-related transformation projects is an advantage
- Proven experience in development and enhancement of controlling processes, reporting structures, management tools, or group-wide standards, ideally with manufacturing controlling exposure
- Strong understanding of business and financial interrelationships, ability to present and communicate complex topics clearly to different target audiences
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, high initiative, capability to actively drive change processes, and act as trusted business partner to management
Aufgaben
- Prepare, analyze, and develop management reports.
- Coordinate group-level forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
- Advise and support management teams on financial, business, and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial and business analyses.
- Derive actionable recommendations for performance management.
- Contribute to international finance, transformation, and SAP projects.
- Support SAP rollouts across international subsidiaries.
- Develop, standardize, and harmonize controlling processes, tools, reporting structures, policies, and standards.
- Serve as central point of contact for SAP FI/CO and master data management.
- Ensure high data and process quality within Controlling.
- Identify and implement optimization and automation opportunities in reporting and controlling processes.
- Collaborate closely with local finance teams, business departments, and international stakeholders.
