- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Aufgaben
- Drive effective cross-functional collaboration
- Lead and develop the Controlling Team
- Foster a positive culture and high-performance mindset
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and other business functions
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and enhance performance
- Provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support strategic projects with business case evaluations, ROI simulations, and investment analyses
- Oversee OPEX and CAPEX performance
- Promote continuous improvement in controlling activities
- Oversee financial reporting
- Oversee financial compliance
- Oversee government grant processes
