Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in cost engineering, product costing, value engineering, cost optimization, or commercial leadership within construction
- Proven track record leading cost reduction initiatives and delivering business impact
- Strong understanding of product/system cost structures
- Demonstrated leadership experience building teams and influencing stakeholders
- Strong data-driven mindset with understanding of digital tools and analytics
- Experience with industrialized construction, modular building, prefabrication, or high-volume manufacturing
- Familiarity with timber construction, building systems, German construction markets, digital costing tools
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience applying continuous improvement

- Define and lead the Building Systems Cost Optimization strategy
- Ensure cost competitiveness, scalability, and value creation across the product portfolio
- Co-develop design-to-cost methodologies
- Co-develop should-costing methodologies
- Co-develop value engineering methodologies
- Co-develop target-costing methodologies across product development, manufacturing, procurement, and construction
- Drive systematic identification of cost optimization opportunities for building systems
- Drive systematic identification of cost optimization opportunities for components
- Drive systematic identification of cost optimization opportunities for materials
- Drive systematic identification of cost optimization opportunities for interfaces
- Drive systematic prioritization of cost optimization opportunities for building systems
- Drive systematic prioritization of cost optimization opportunities for components
- Drive systematic prioritization of cost optimization opportunities for materials
- Drive systematic prioritization of cost optimization opportunities for interfaces
- Build transparent cost models
- Build feedback loops for cost performance
- Ensure continuous learning from estimated versus actual cost performance
- Lead and develop the Cost Optimization team
- Create clear standards for the Cost Optimization team
- Create clear processes for the Cost Optimization team
- Create clear capabilities for the Cost Optimization team to support business growth
- Partner with Product leaders to embed cost awareness
