Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or comparable qualification
- Several years relevant professional experience in international business
- Proven leadership experience in building and developing finance teams
- Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, controlling, reporting, taxation
- Experience developing and implementing finance strategies
- Ability to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Excellent written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben
- Oversee financial strategy, planning, and management
- Ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and compliance
- Shape the finance organization of the SWARCO ITS Group
- Lead budgeting, reporting, financial reporting, and risk management
- Support company growth and profitability
- Lead, develop, and manage the ITS Finance team
- Provide CFO and Executive Board with financial insights and recommendations
- Develop and implement finance strategy aligned with company objectives
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses
- Drive initiatives to optimize capital allocation and cash flow
- Drive initiatives to increase profitability
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (IFRS, local GAAP)
- Oversee internal controls, corporate governance, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, tax regulations, and industry standards
- Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and CAPEX
- Evaluate acquisitions and divestments
- Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives
- Improve finance processes and data quality
- Improve business intelligence transparency
- Drive automation and digitalization across the finance function
